Most all depict his mischief, fertility and abundance in all things, and general happiness. As trickster or deity, Kokopelli is many things: magician, teacher, story-teller and healer, and brings joy to all. It was thought he traveled up from Mexico visiting many southwestern communities spreading news, music and happiness. The Potentate felt Kokopelli represented a lot of what Shrinedom is, the happiness, mischief and good will in general. He has his archetypes in Europe as the lessor God Pan and in China he is a Beetle, walking on his hind feet.
